Tips for best results
Simply autoposting your latest post may work minimally, but if you don’t spend a little extra care on writing a neat description or call to action to your post, then it may get a weak response.
Invest a few minutes to make each call unique, consistent and interesting or very useful to your audiences.
- Write unique descriptions and comments to go with each share of your post.
- Images get re-shared far more than text-only Facebook posts.
- “Funny”, “very useful”, “stimulating” are likeable and shareable posts – look at other fan pages that are popular to get an idea for what’s right for your audiences.
- Use a URL shortener to make the link smaller – although I don’t often use it, it can make a post look neater – this can be a plus.
- Call to action: encourage some action with each share – “click to learn more”, “buy a new…”, etc.
